1 Dollar    (sold for $11950.0)

1928,
CHINA. Kansu. Dollar, Year 17 (1928). PCGS Genuine--Cleaning, EF Details Secure Holder.

L&M-618; K-760; Y-410; WS-0720. Very scarce. A RARE and underrated type that is struck in lower purity silver than most other contemporary Chinese Dollars. For this reason, it is hard to acquire an example of this type in high grade, as lower purity silver tends to wear at a faster rate. Lightly cleaned long ago, now with light toning. Attractive.
