Reverse: Eagle standing left on palm branch; behind, trident; in left field, date above monogram. Houghton 706; SNG Cop 268; BMC 5. Rare. Reverse inscription somewhat garbled. Extremely Fine. Minted on the Phoenician standard, where tetradrachms weighed about 14.25 grams, Alexander's coinage in this eastern province was minted at Tyre, Sidon and Berytos. Estimated Value $450 - 550.
