Three to four of these have come on the market as non proofs in recent years, enough to make it clear that they were also thought to be used as a circulating coin. We will probably never know the full story of their history, but it is a very interesting example of Indian Numismatics. Part of the David Fore Collection of British Indian Coins. £1500-2000
