Hadrian and Sabina, AD 117-138. Provincial AR Tetradrachm (13.67 g) minted at Tarsus in Cilicia. Laureate, cuirassed bust right of Hadrian with draped left shoulder and aegis. Reverse: Draped bust right of Sabina, wearing stephane; to left, cornucopiae. Apparently unpublished. An absolutely incredible coin. Here is the ultimate Provencial silver coin of Hadrian!
