1843 N-10 R3 VF35. Five points sharper with a rather deep planchet flake under star 11 (as struck) and a faint hairline scratch left of stars 10 & 11. Glossy medium brown with some woodgrained darker steel toning on the obverse and a spot of darker olive toning in the field off the lips. Frosty mint luster covers the protected areas of the reverse. EDS, die state a, with a short but clear point up to the left from the top of the E in CENT and a single tiny lump under the N in CENT. DWH #0916. Estimated Value $100-UP.
