Mint state sharpness, and this piece looks like a choice lustrous mint state example to the unaided eye, but it has been whizzed and retoned to enhance the cartwheel luster and eye appeal. No marks or other defects. Lustrous bluish steel and chocolate with underlying lighter reddish steel toning in protected areas on the reverse. EDS. Estimated Value $100-UP.
